1. The Last Unicorn (1982)
There was something about the unicorn's quest to see if she was truly the last of her kind that grabbed me. I loved the voice work, and the Red Bull terrified me as a kid, but the film stayed with me, and when I saw it in the bargain bin at Best Buy, I had to have it. There's just something so beautiful in the Rankin/Bass animation, and the music.
