Last night Brian and I hosted the cast party for Angelwalk Theatre's production of Ordinary Days. It was a fantastic production that was done with the lovely people from Winnipeg Studio Theatre.
The party went very smoothly. Everyone had a good time, and I can't wait until the next time I get to work with Angelwalk. My role on this production was solely as an audience member and as a party planner. This weekend also saw the start of the Jewish holiday of Chanukah. Saturday was the first night. We lit the candles together and Joseph, Phillip, and Hailey opened their presents. It was a quiet, low-key evening. Tonight we had latkes with our dinner. The kids loved them. Their presents tonight consisted of boxes of Chanukah cookies. They were delighted. On the writing front, my personal edits on The Dybbuk's Mirror are almost done. Then I intend to start on editing the zombie novel and finish writing my third Hadariah book! Lots to do!
