Our next even looks to be SFContario5 from November 14-16 at the Ramada in Downtown Toronto. (Hopefully by then we will be in a Ford free city. Thus ends the politics section of this blog. :p) There, An and I will be participating in panels, and just having a grand old time. I love doing these cons. The people there are amazingly fun, and we get to meet so many great people.
The past few weeks have also seen a plethora of holidays. My family and I just celebrated Rosh Hashannah and Yom Kippur. The kids are finally old enough to understand why we celebrate and do what we do. We are about to go into the holiday of Sukkot. (One year I will have my way and we will build our own sukkah in the backyard.) Even though we don't have our own, I took the kids to our synagogue, and they participated in the decoration of theirs. One thing I keep forgetting: Handing a trio of three year old children a jar of glitter is a recipe for disaster. I am still finding it in my hair!
Now that the holidays are over, I will definitely be updating here more often. I promise!
